Notice is hereby given that the Monroe City Planning Commission will meet on Tuesday, October 20th, 2026, at the Monroe City Offices, 10 North Main Street, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 P.M.

1. Meeting called to order- Prayer- Roll call.
2. Approval of previous meeting minutes September 15th, 2026.
3. Citizens’ comments.
4. PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Monroe City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Monroe City Office located at 10 N Main, Monroe, Utah. The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments regarding proposed amendments to Monroe City Land Use Zoning ordinance. Proposed amendments to standards for Recreational Vehicle Park (13.7.6), Certain Conditional Uses (Tiny Home Villages 13.7.10) including pocket communities, Street improvements for larger lots (12.14.6), Recreation Commercial /Residential Uses (13.6.4), Minor Subdivision (including single lot splits) revision (12.15), update Utah statutory reference numbers, as well as text amendments to provide clarity and correctness to the Monroe City Land Use Zoning Ordinance.
5. Discuss and Consider updates to Monroe City Land Use Zoning Ordinance standards:
