Notice is hereby given that the Monroe City Planning Commission will meet on Tuesday, May 19, 2025, at the Monroe City Offices, 10 North Main Street, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 P.M.

1. Meeting called to order- Prayer- Roll call.
2. Approval of previous meeting minutes April 15, 2025.
3. Citizens’ comments.
4. Property Line Split of parcel 1-M6A-16 located at approximately 387 E Monroe Canyon Road. Submitted by Pete Weimer.
5. Consider recommendation to proposed amendments to Monroe City Subdivision Ordinance. The proposed amendment to Title 12 Section 15 is regarding changing requirements for Curb, Gutter and Sidewalks installation and making text amendments to provide clarity and correctness to the Monroe City Land Use and Subdivision Ordinances.
6. Other Business.
