Notice is hereby given that the Monroe City Planning Commission will meet on Tuesday, January 16th, 2024, at the Monroe City Offices, 10 North Main Street, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m.

2. Approval of previous meeting held November 21, 2023.
3. Citizens’ comments.
4. Welcome new members of the planning commission, Candice Barney and Lyndon Friant.
5. Elect chair and vice chair for 2024.
6. Conditional Use Application “KAP Real Estate” located at 428 West 500 North. Submitted by Karl Pieper.
7. Consider plat map amendment located at approximately 335 South 300 West. Submitted by Javalan Redd.
8. Other Business.
