Notice is hereby given that the Monroe City Planning Commission will meet on Tuesday, May 19th, 2026, at the Monroe City Offices, 10 North Main Street, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 P.M.

1. Meeting called to order- Prayer- Roll call.
2. Approval of previous meeting minutes April 21st, 2026.
3. Citizens’ comments.
4. Welcome newest member of the Monroe City Planning Commission- Amy Moore.
4. Prescott Mccarthy- Future Subdivision Discussion.
5. Public Hearing. The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments regarding proposed amendments to the Monroe City Land Use Zoning Ordinance Proposed amendments to Title 13.6.4- Zoning District uses to include additional uses such as liquor store, etc.
6. Consider proposed amendments to Title 13.6.4- Zoning District uses to include additional uses to as liquor store, etc.
7. Consider recommendation of WUI map.
8. Discuss and set public hearing to Amend Monroe City Subdivision Ordinance.
9. Other Business.
10. Adjournment.
